How do I participate in the Rootstock Customer Referral Program?

Making a referral to Rootstock Software is easy. You can do it one of two ways:

  • Submit this form, and we'll contact your referral directly.
  • Provide the referral information to your Rootstock Regional Sales Representative or Customer Service Manager and they will process the referral on your behalf.

What kind of company makes a good referral?

A good referral lead is a C-level (CEO, CFO, etc.) or VP/Director level contact who is part of, or oversees, the manufacturing, supply chain, finance or operations departments or is otherwise a strategic decision maker at his or her company.  Additionally, anyone who manages the company's Salesforce instance as a manager or administrator is a good referral contact as well. Ideally, the company itself is midsized or above and manufactures, distributes and or services goods and/or materials.

If you’re not sure which industry your referral specializes in, submit it anyway. We’ll be glad to call and verify the industry. Finally, please note that we would like to reference you by name when we contact your referral.

How and when do I receive payment on referrals?

Rootstock Customer Referral Rewards are paid by check after the new customer makes their first payment to Rootstock.
