Product Manager:
SRW Products is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, growth, maintenance and expansion of a variety of products to ensure quality, integrity and success during all aspects of the product life cycle
- Assist in new product development process, including but not limited to, coordinating, implementing, communicating and launching.
- Establish strategies for product pricing and positioning
- Conduct competitor research to learn more about customers’ needs
- Perform profit analysis and forecasting to develop or improve product marketing strategies
- Research and analyze industry and product trends, as well as competitive products to drive short and long-term business decisions with assigned products. This may include but is not limited to online research, publications etc.
- Contact customers and end-product users regarding product questions and inquiries, primarily by phone/email, as well as occasional on-site consultations
- Support national sales team by acting as a point of reference for product information, as well as an intermittent resource during customer-facing initiatives, such as meetings, trade shows, presentations, etc.
- Support marketing team outside of primary product lines as needed and assigned
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors

Requirements:

- Associates degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- Prior experience developing and sourcing products
- Occasional travel required, less than 15%
Customer Service Representative:
SRW Products is currently seeking a personable and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily phone operations; answering, transferring calls to the correct department and call resolution.
- Provide shipping freight quotes to Customers and Sales Team.
- Locate and resolve lost and damaged freight.
- Order entry
- Provide order status and tracking information to the customer.
- Match up and look over end of day paperwork.
- Maintain filing system.
- Must multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment with competing demands and changing priorities.
- Process payments via over the phone or in person.
- Mailings
- Maintain customer database by inputting invoices, purchase orders, bill back data.
- Resolves orders and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying managers and customers.
- Maintains CRM by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Provide customer service to our customers and prospects.
- Additional Daily Department functions.
